Questions We Get Every Week

Straight answers about sessions, downtime, cost and safety.

Does laser hair reduction hurt?

Most people describe it as a warm snap rather than pain. The Soprano Titanium works on a gliding, in-motion technique with a cooled tip, which is considerably more comfortable than older stamping lasers. Sensitive areas like the upper lip and bikini line feel stronger, and we can adjust settings or pause at any point.

How many sessions will I need?

For hair reduction, most clients need 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, with occasional maintenance after that. Pigmentation and acne protocols usually run 4 to 6 sessions. Your exact plan is set at the consultation after we assess your skin, because hormones, hair type and skin type all change the answer.

Is there any downtime?

Most of our treatments let you go straight back to your day. Expect mild redness or warmth for a few hours. Chemical peels and stronger pigmentation protocols can leave light flaking for a few days, and we will tell you before you book if that applies to your plan.

What does a session cost?

Pricing depends on the area treated and the number of sessions in your plan, so we quote it in writing at the consultation rather than guessing online. There are no package pressure tactics and no hidden charges added later. Ask us on WhatsApp for an indicative range for your area.

Who actually performs the treatment?

Your treatment is carried out by trained aestheticians, supported by qualified nursing staff, with protocols reviewed by our doctors. Every client is assessed and patch-tested before the first session.

Can I come in while pregnant, or on acne medication?

Tell us at the consultation. We do not perform laser treatments during pregnancy, and isotretinoin (and some antibiotics and herbal supplements) means waiting before certain treatments. This is exactly why the consultation comes first — it is a safety screen, not a sales call.

Still unsure? Ask us on WhatsApp — we answer ourselves, not a bot.
